These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website located at www.sweetcalma.com.

By accessing this website, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Sweetcalma Massage Therapy if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions set forth on this page.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Sweetcalma LLC is a company registered under the laws of USA/Florida. Our ID number is L23000225564 and our headquarters are located in Miami Beach. Sweetcalma LLC is a therapeutic massage and wellness service at home.

 

2. USE OF THE WEBSITE

By accessing our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the Website in a manner that causes or may cause damage to the Website or affects the availability or accessibility of the Site.

  • Use the Website in an illegal, fraudulent or harmful manner.

3. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We offer Therapeutic Massages through our platform. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to the following conditions:

- Massages are performed at the location indicated by the client.

- The customer is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and adequate space for the stretcher or work area.

- SweetCalma reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service if the space is not safe, hygienic or appropriate.

4. PAYMENT POLICY

  • All payments must be made via Stripe in accordance with the conditions presented at the time of purchase.

  • Bookings are confirmed only by payment or registered card (depending on the booking system used).

  • Prices may vary depending on the duration of the massage, type of service and number of people.

  • SweetCalma may request a deposit to confirm the booking, especially for groups and events.

 

5. RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Reserves

- Appointments are made by prior reservation only.

- A deposit can be requested to confirm the appointment, especially for groups or events.

 

Cancellations / Schedule Changes

- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund, which will be processed in approximately 48 hours.

- Less than 24 hours or no-show: up to 100% of the service may be charged or the deposit may be lost.

 

6. HOME SERVICE AND PARKING

- SweetCalma is a mobile service: "We come to you".

- The client must correctly indicate the address, apartment number, access code or security information of the building.

- The client is responsible for guaranteeing access to the building (doormen, front desk, gate, etc.).

 

Parking/Valet

 

- Paid valet, garage, or parking fee is not included.

- Any parking fee will be borne by the customer, either paid directly to the building/valet or added to the total service.

7. CONDUCT AND INAPPROPRIATE

 

- Massages are exclusively therapeutic and well-being, not erotic or sexual.

- Any request or comment of a sexual nature, disrespectful conduct, use of illicit substances, or unsafe environment will be grounds for terminating the massage immediately, without refund.

- SweetCalma reserves the right to deny future services to clients who engage in these conducts.

 

8. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

 

- The massages and wellness services offered by SweetCalma are not a substitute for medical care.

- We do not carry out diagnoses, medical treatments or recommend medication.

- If you have any medical conditions, severe pain, fever, infection, high-risk pregnancy, or serious illness, please consult your doctor before booking.

- By booking a service, you represent that you are eligible for massage and that you provide truthful information on your health form.

 

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SweetCalma or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

10. LINKS TO THIRD PARTIES

Our website may contain links to other third-party websites. We have no control over the content and policies of those sites, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices or the terms they apply.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

SweetCalma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our website services.
